Through Coaching Services

Through Coaching provides athletes with services to achieve their goals using powerful tools and analytics, meaningful relationships, and dedicated support across all levels of service.

There are two levels of services currently offered by Through Coaching – a monthly training plan and a premier weekly plan. Monthly plans include customized power file analysis, bi-weekly calls to evaluate the training plan, a basic TrainingPeaks account, and limited re-scheduling. Premier weekly training plans include customized power file analysis, weekly calls and emails, unlimited schedule changes, Premium TrainingPeaks account, and one athlete/coach ride a month (weather permitting).
